POLICIES

Bookings: 

Bookings can be made via our booking link. A deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking. Your booking is not confirmed until this has been paid. This deposit is redeemable against your treatment cost on the day and non refundable.

Payments:

Payments are taken in full on the day of the treatment. Payments can be made either by card, bank transfer or cash.

Cancellations:

V Rejuvederm requires 48 hour cancellation policy. Should you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment you must give 48 hours notice. Should you give less than this, your deposit will be lost and you will be required to repay the deposit before you book back in. V Rejuvederm does not allow refunds on deposits, only the dates may be changed.

Rescheduling:

Each booking can be rescheduled only once. Your rescheduled appointment has to be booked withing 4 weeks of your cancellation. No further opportunities will be given and your deposit will be lost. You must give at least 48 hours of notice.

Age Restrictions:

Please be aware V Rejuvederm cannot treat anyone under the age of 18 by law. (Without a guardian present for the teenager facials)

Consent:

​All clients will be required to complete a consent form at the appointment.
